The hotel is located on a busy road so parking is difficult but the Manager helped us park in the car park opposite the hotel. The manager was helpful and friendly despite lots of people checking in at the same time. We booked the hotel as a stop on our way to Italy and because it had a roof top terrace and spa services advertised on hotels.com. A way to relax before our long drive, neither were available. The breakfast was lovely thank you

No complainta avpit cleaning but check in, even though late and already with a rush to get kiddo food took half an hour. Maybe its just us but answering phone wile helping guests at desk to check in is sort of rude. Advice on dinner was awesome though and we enjoyed our stay in Kempten.

Das City Hotel Kempten ist ein unsagbar hübsch und komfortabel ausgestattetes Hotel inmitten der Innenstadt von Kempten. Die Inhaberin und das Personal sorgen sich in liebevoller Weise um das Wohl der Gäste. Das ganze wird flankiert von einem umfangreichen Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen und regionalen Produkten. Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und garantiert nicht mein letzter.
