Start your best Okanagan holiday at Pinnacle Pointe Resort, in the tranquil neighbourhood of Quail ridge. You will love the central location next to 2 golf courses and a short drive to all the area's beaches and attractions. Located just minutes from the airport, between Downtown Kelowna and Lake Country, this central location is perfect for golf, wine or fruit picking holidays, as well as just enjoying the Okanagan sunshine at the heated outdoor pool! (Pool runs May 15 - Sept 15 seasonally.)

Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is is over 1000 square feet! Offering a spacious, open floorplan, central AC, and a patio with BBQ, the building also includes a gym and outdoor pool/hot tub during the summer months.

The huge kitchen offers stone counters, full-size appliances and is fully stocked for cooking meals at home. The large breakfast bar opens to the dining room and large living room with flatscreen tv offering access to your own streaming through Chromecast. The sofa folds out to a double bed.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and attached walk-through closet and a large ensuite bathroom with soaker tub.

The second bedroom also features a Queen bed and large closet. The second bath offers a walk-in shower and large storage closet.

On the patio, enjoy a spectacular view out to the farmland, down to the resort greenspace and the Quail golf course and pond in between. The sunny dining table seats 4 and there is also an electric BBQ.

For you serious golfers, not only are we located on the Quail and Bear courses, but we are just minutes from Tower Ranch, Sunset Ranch, Shadow Ridge and Kelowna Springs courses, and Predator Ridge is a 30 minute drive.

Family groups may have up to 6 related family members. For adult-only groups, we have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests and all guests must be 26+ years old.

We will allow one small dog measuring 15" to the shoulder upon approval and with a pet fee.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Easy Stay

Overall, we had a great stay. My partner was recovering from surgery and no stairs, and flat ground helped with mobility. Pinnacle Point is generally quiet and our host was exceptional.

Short Stay at Quail Ridge

I would rate property as good. Top rated would be the balcony which has 5 star views. Location was good with easy access. Main issue was the constant fans and de-humidifiers running 24/7 with many workers around. Would rate 4 versus 3 if we did not have the fan noise and commotion. Overall good.

Quiet and comfortable condo

We had a beautiful view from the balcony. We loved to have coffee and watch the planes take off and land at sunrise. It was so quiet. The balcony looked right down into the green space and we often saw a daily of Quails in the morning. Pool was great and clean. Communication was easy with property owner.

A wonderful experience

We had an incredible stay at this property. As first time visitors of Kelowna we weren’t entirely sure what to expect but we’re very pleased with the close approximates to our desired destinations, the condo’s amenities and the incredible view from the top floor balcony. Highly recommend this VRBO property. We will be back!
