Good location, little noisy at night may be weekend. friendly and helpful staffs particularly the one at front desk. Hotel was clean and nice. It would be much better if the little cracked wall in the room repaired. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and hope to stay there in future.

Excellent stay - I came back each time in KTM! Truly a home away from home. Warm, friendly, and very helpful staff. Close to everything but still quiet and private location as well!

Comfortable & quite but close to the action

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the entire staff is attentive and helpful. Less the a 5 min walk from all the action but still quite enough to get a good night sleep.

Hotel Kathmandu Home Annex was such a nice place for us on our first few days in Nepal. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and convenient. Best if all was the manager, Manish, who provided us with an agenda to see many of the interesting sights in Kathmandu Valley. He got drivers and helped solve a mixup in bags from the airport. We cannot say enough positive things about Manish and will always think of his kind compassion when we think of Nepal.

This location is in the centre of Thamel yet very quiet. Very friendly staff. They have a good breakfast. 24 hours open. Distance from a restaurant and other shops are very close. Reasonable price.

This Hotel is a clean getaway in the middle of a dirty city. One of the only flaws was the internet. You are required to log in each time to the internet even when your phone just falls asleep. Other than that it was great. The first two mornings we were fed fresh breakfast the other days we had a buffet. They don't cater to dietary restrictions, but we were still able to get around that. We will absolutely stay here when we come back.

Close to tourist bus station.

The best thing for me was the shower which had a strong flow and continuous hot water. This is no small matter in Nepal whereby i have encountered some places which had no hot water or the flow of hot water was intermittent. In addition, staff was pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable stay

Location is great - little bit out of the central Thamel , but that makes the price more reasonable, and bit quieter so it's acceptable. The rooms are clean, spacious , comfortable, and well maintained. The range of the breakfast food on offer is good. Service is friendly.

Nice hotel, very close to the amenities, friendly staff and great management. Quality food and free Wi-Fi. Airport transfers available. Easy to book tours from the hotel with good value for money. I booked a tour to Chitwan, Lumbini, Pokhara and Nager Coat. I love the staff and the driver, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I will come back again.

Love to be at kathmandu home annex

I stayed before and after my trek to Annapurna Himalayas. The hotel is very Clean, friendly staff , comfortable. Love the breakfast man (forgot his name) who knows what you're having by the time you've sat down and has it ready for you. Breakfast is good. Sorted our airport transfers, and did anything we needed. Love it here.will come back again.
