Good location but improvements needed

Beds were extremely hard and nothing close to a pillow top mattress as described. When we complained about this as soon as we checked in the manager requested the mattress to be flipped by the staff.... obviously this made no difference but when I said this wasn't good enough I was laughed at by the staff in question and told for a different mattress I would need to pay extra. We brought this up with management and they echoed this so after some arguing over the advertised description he eventually gave us a different room. This wasn't much better but by this stage we just wanted a room as a refund was being refused. The complimentary breakfast was basic and cooked to order so OK to start the day but don't get too excited but fresh bread would have been nice. The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of the markets and lots of good restaurants also a very nice gesture from management was to keep our room on for a very late check out as our bus didn't leave until evening. Decent enough budget hotel but some slight updates and improvements needed.

Hotel needs upgraded.

The staff at this hotel are friendly however the hotel needs upgraded. Two out of the three lights in our room did not work and the bathroom window would not close tight. The mattress was very thin and lay on a piece of wood, not very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and breakfast was good.

Dirty hostel

Very dirty hotel. The room was like have not being cleaned after another guest stayed. The toliet was stucking with paper with blood. Others hair are on the pillows and a half - drink bottle of water is in the room. I arrived the hotel at late night and arranged for the pick up. They have confirmed the pick up time but they didn't show up. Called them, they said is coming and I waited at the airport for more than 30 mins. I think they didnt came to airport until I called. As the hotel is only around 15-20 mins to the airport. There is no point to arrange the pick up and end up to stay a dirty room after a tired flight at mid night.

エクスペディアで滞在しているのに チェックアウト時、支払いが済んでるのに 対し 宿泊費を請求 長い話し合いで ようやく わかってもらえた 時間が押してきているので 大変だった あと 朝食無料ですが コーヒーが 付いてなかったり シャワーが使えず 壊れていたり 部屋の掃除はこちらから 言わないとしてくれない なにかにつけて、ダメだった 残念 次は違うホテルにしたい
