The house is built on a slope and has a wonderful view over the olive and wine landscape to the sea and Porec. The area is wooded with holm oak and offers a lot of nature. You can go cycling or hiking in the Mediterranean area directly from the house.
House
In front of the house are your private parking spaces. The modern house has a cloakroom in the entrance area. Three tastefully furnished double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet are located on the upper floor of the house.
A staircase leads to the cozy living and dining area with a separate toilet, fireplace and satellite TV.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer and tea towels.
The bright living-dining area leads to the large terrace with fantastic sea views and via a staircase to the sun terrace with its own pool and into the garden. The well-kept garden has a nice covered grill.
With a view of Porec and the sea, this is the ideal place for those looking for relaxation and privacy.

Porec is a well-known tourist town with many cultural monuments and a wide range for everyone who loves sports. Here you will find numerous restaurants, cafes and a well-kept beach that is suitable for children of all ages. Sunbathing areas and shady trees, lounger rental and showers on the beach make the bathing day relaxing.
Surroundings
In and around Porec there is an aqua park, diving school, horse riding, numerous tennis courts, biking and hiking trails right by the sea and much more. Many villages that have largely retained the original Istrian style are worth a visit. Whether boat excursion, bike tour or in your own car, here you have many opportunities to spend a nice day

Alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht

Wird waren zwei Wochen in dem tollen Haus untergebracht. Es liegt einmalig am Hang von wo aus man das Meer ohne Hindernisse sehen kann. Ausflüge sind immer möglich, denn die Anbindung ist hervorragend. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub aber Objekt nicht was es verspricht! Das Objekt liegt in einer schönen Umgebung, allerdings verspricht das Objekt nicht das was auf den Bildern der Anzeige versprochen wird und steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Mietpreis. Die Klimaanlagen haben nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert und nur unzureichend gekühlt. Beim benutzen der Dusche in einem der drei Bäder hatte man trotz Duschtrennwand leider sehr viel Wasser außerhalb der Dusche. Die Bidets konnten nicht benutzt werden da der Wasserhahn zu geklebt wurde. Im Objekt selbst waren die Wände längere Zeit nicht gestrichen hier konnte man diverse Risse, alte Flecken insbesondere im Bad erkennen. Außerdem hatten wir bei Anreise mit einer Ameisenplage in der Küche zu kämpfen. Die Einrichtung war teilweise defekt, Schubladen konnte man nicht richtig schließen oder sind auseinander gefallen beim öffnen, die Couch hatte diverse Flecken und war bereits sehr durch gesessen. Die Außenanlage Pool usw. war in Ordnung.

Tolles Quartier etwas Abseits vom Touristentrubel

Ein sehr schönes Quartier in Kastelir. Ein kleiner Laden für Waren des täglichen Bedarfes (Brötchen,Brot etc.) ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, genauso wie mehrere gute Restaurants. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut. 3 SZ mit eigenen Bädern in der Eingangsebene und eine Treppe tiefer eine große Wohnküche mit separater Toilette. Es gibt noch einen Raum mit einer Waschmaschine (Waschmittel muss man selber besorgen). Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden. Die SZ besitzen eine separate Klimaanlage. Das Haus ist theoretisch auch Klimatisiert, die Temperatur ging allerdings nie unter 28°. Mit dem Auto (2Stellplätze) ist man schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Istriens.Auch wenn es sehr trocken war, gibt es kleine stechende Quälgeister, also Schutzmittel nicht vergessen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit unkomplizerten Gastgebern.

Die Villa Lucia ist ein sehr schönes Haus in netter Umgebung. Haustür aufgesperrt und man könnte sich direkt wohl fühlen. Im oberen Bereich drei separate Schlafzimmer und jeweils mit eigenen Badezimmer. Wunderbarer Wohnbereich mit Essgruppe, Küche und Sofa im unteren Bereich. Alles wesentliche Equipment vorhanden. Terrassen auf drei Ebenen mit Pool und genügend Sonnenschutz. Den Pool haben wir aber nicht nutzen können da wir im März dort waren, es war noch zu kalt. Man kann wunderbar Mountainbiken und Wandern gehen. Wunderbarer Blick von den Terrassen bis zum Meer lässt Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Stellplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden. Das Anwesen ist ganz in der Nähe vom Strand mit genügend Ruhe. Supermarkt am Ort für wesentliche Dinge des Alltages. Sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, welche gute Tipps gibt. Wir waren voll zufrieden mit der Buchung und der Abwicklung. Wir werden im Sommer nochmal kommen. Fazit: Sehr schönes Haus mit unkomplizerten Gastgebern.
