Perfect accommodation for 10+2 people located on 1.150 sqm property only 7km from Trogir, and 16km from Split, in a quiet and peaceful area of Kaštel Novi with sea views from the living room on each floorIt is in walking distance to the restaurant and mini-market, and the beach is only 1,3km. Villa is equipped with entertainment for everybody, and it makes it a perfect choice for family or friends holidays. The outdoor area offers exclusively for you a private 9,8mx3,5m pool and a jacuzzi next to it, 10 sun deck chairs, a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, table soccer, a swing for kids, a slide, rocker and there are some additional toys for your youngest.

Wonderful stay in Croatia

A wonderful property in a good location close to a large supermarket. The beach is about 1/2 mile walk or a couple of minutes in the car. Very close to the airport and great access to roads to take you anywhere in the locality. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms are a great size, some with balconies and most have sea views. Aircon in all rooms are just what’s needed when it’s hot outside. The kitchen is on the small side relative to the overall space but has everything you need for cooking meals. The large fridge/freezer with ice making facility is wonderful. We used the pool and hot tub a lot and while the pool is on the small side it was quite warm and more than enough for our 3 children who spent a lot of time in it. I would certainly recommend a holiday in this property. To make it even better it would be good to have some furniture on the balconies, more trays in the oven to be able to increase use and a 4 slice toaster given the number of people likely to stay here.
