The luxury second floor apartment called Mavi, is set within the Kalamar Meltem Apartment residence, superbly positioned on a quiet, no through road in the peaceful Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. The boutique complex of ten privately owned apartments, consists of two buildings separated by two large, salt water infinity swimming pools, joined by a waterfall. There are large shared terraces, landscaped gardens and BBQ area with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas where you can sunbathe, relax and entertain. The pool area facilities include WiFi, fridge, water dispenser, sink, outside shower, changing room and WC. Hi I just wanted to say that I and my partner have had a wonderful time. Kalkan is absolutely beautiful. The location of the apartment is also gorgeous. However my only concern about apartment was that the bed and the sofas probably needed covers as in new bed sheets and the same goes on for the sofas in the living room, which need covering as they are not clean enough. However we still loved the hospitality overall and everything else about the apartment was good as it has everything you need. Many thanks Feray. Regards Aous & Holly

So relaxing and peaceful!

We have travelled to Turkey twice in the last 10 years firstly to Hisaronu and then to Turunc. Kalkan and Kalamar Bay was by far the best and this apartment was the icing on the cake! The apartment was functional with A/C that worked and continuous hot water! The best that this whole complex has to offer is the pool area though. Despite the complex being fully booked we found we had the pool to ourselves most days which was always very clean. The facilities around the pool were great - meaning that you did not have to go back to the apartment for the loo food or drinks. The landscaping was beautiful and in full bloom with grapes. limes, bananas and pomegranates abundant throughout the property. Our housekeeper was lovely and we spoke most days which made it feel like home. We will definitely go back!

Entspannung pur und eine sehr gute Lage des Appartements.

Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Kalamar-Bucht. Zumal war es sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zur City von Kalkan muss man mehrere Hügel überwinden, so dass ein PKW oder Motorroller sinnvoll sind.
