The villa is located approximately 100m from the sea and has its own private infinity pool offering stunning sunset views over the sea. The house is modern and furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas, a handmade internal dining table and external marble dining table. The villa has been built using local materials, marble, granite and cedar wood. Three of the bedrooms have their own balconies with sea views. The bedrooms are furnished with handmade beds and built in wardrobes. There are two en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bath and shower, the second en-suite has a shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a large shower.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player.
