HOTEL ROOM WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN PICTURE, DIRTY BED LINEN AND PILLOW COVERS, DIRTY TOWELS WERE PROVIDED WHICH WERE NOT EVEN REPLACED EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS OK, BUT AFTER CHECKOUT OUR TRAIN WAS LATE IN THE EVENING, THEY DIDN'T HAD FANS OR AC WORKING IN THE RECEPTION AREA SO THAT WE CAN WAIT THERE. EVEN THE WATER BOTTLE PROVIDED SEEMS TO BE DUPLICATE AST THE TASTE WAS VERY HARD, FOR WHICH WE COMPLAINED AT THE RECEPTION, TO WHICH THEY SAID THEY WILL COMPLAIN REGARDING THIS WATER TO THE VENDOR. OVERALL, OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL WAS NOT SATIFACTORY AT ALL.
