Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Bad service
This particular room and landlord owner provided a bad service. Stayed for 8 nights and no cleaning of fresh towels were provided. Had to pay myself to get the room cleaned. The sheets were dirty when we arrived. It is also the only time I have ever had to pay for my water and electricity usage. Local area of kata is nice though. Very bad experience but depending on what room you choose and owner you get you may get a better service I.e cleaning and not having to pay for electricity!
