Lookout over Beautiful Perehipe Beach
This great holiday home has everything you would need for enjoying a relaxing summer. With the perfect entertaining deck with BBQ so you can make the most of the outdoor living. There is a walkway straight down to Perehipe Beach and take a dip, or a short drive to launch the boat.
Upstairs is a spacious kitchen, and lounge area, with master bedroom with a door to the deck. A second bedroom and bathroom. On the lower level is separate entrance with bathroom and sleeps 7, great for more than one family.
This property is fantastic and in a prime location in a quiet cul de sac. Amenities are just down the road, many more other beaches to explore as well as the winery and restaurant.
