Extremely unsatisfactory room, rude staff and non cooperative management. Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Hotel asked for additional money never checked in and property refuses to refund any amount even though they could have easily refunded one night since booking was for two nights. Not recommended.

I chose this property because it’s conveniently located near the airport. The latte I ordered was unfortunately terrible, and the spa was quite expensive. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that. However, the customer service was excellent, and the room was in great condition. They offer forex services with a better exchange rate compared to nearby options.

Not bad for business trips. It’s close to industrial zones and the airport, so it’s convenient for short stays. However, in terms of value for money, it falls short. The prices are on par with luxury hotels, but the service and overall experience are just average.

I booked 2 rooms for my son and I, due to a family event we were unable to stay the first night booked so I phoned the Ramada and they said it wasn’t a problem and we could check on the following day any time as there was 24 hour checkin I arrived the following day with my son only to be told that the booking had been cancelled as we had not checked in the previous day I had told them I phoned up but they told me they didn’t have any rooms left. They then went to speak to the manager and 20 mins later came back to offer me two rooms but at an extortionate price Apparently according to my cousins this is the system they use in Pakistan where they cancel your booking and then offer you another room at a much higher price I told them this was not acceptable as I was now hotel less They did not make any kind of apology to me. They kept me waiting 20 minutes to tell me about the over priced room they had found I felt I was treated extremely bad as a single woman travelling with her son in Karachi,I would not recommend this hotel even though the pictures look luxurious and accommodating the treatment from the staff (who were all men) was totally unacceptable and misogynist. I would not recommend the Ramada for this reasonThey even charged me for the first night which I had not stayed in for both rooms and did not even contact me by email or phone to let me know they had cancelled my rooms.Thought this would be good manners and standard procedure in the UK, not in Pakistan SHOCKING!

Disappointing Experience

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Ramada Plaza Karachi Airport Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel feels like a rip-off, with a dire need for refurbishment. The reception staff seemed more interested in adding unnecessary charges, even for basic interactions, which was quite unusual. The room I was shown in the pictures was spacious with a separate living area, but upon arrival, I was given a tiny, cramped space. While the bed was comfortable, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The washrooms were particularly disturbing, and I would strongly advise bringing your own toiletries as the ones provided were of poor quality. The breakfast hall was disgustingly dirty, which further added to my disappointment. Overall, I would recommend exploring other options for a more pleasant stay in Karachi.
