Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für uns war super. Das Personal war immer freundlich und man hat jederzeit bei Fragen eine Antwort erhalten. Das Essen war sehr gut und es war auch jederzeit genügend da. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross nur die Möbel waren schon etwas älter und zeigten deshalb Altersabnutzungen. Die Außenanlage und das äußere des Hauses sind leider vernachlässigt und hier muss was gemacht werden. Durch die Gästekarte konnte man kostenlos mit allen Bussen im Umkreis fahren, das haben wir täglich genutzt für unsere Unternehmungen.

Ich frage mich wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat, keine Schirme auf der Terrasse, dass Essen war nicht besonders lecker für jemanden der keinen Anspruch hat reicht es wohl. Die Lage hat nichts mit den Bildern im Internet zu tun. Wir würden dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Wir waren an sich sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Personal ist hervorzuheben. Es gab aber ein paar Punkte die verbesserungswürdig bzw. ungewöhnlich sind. Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. Eigene Flaschen sollten aus Hygienischen gründen nicht benutzt werden, das wird von einigen Gästen aber trotzdem gemacht. Fitnesstudio oder Tischtennisplatte wären noch schön.

Alles in allem für den Preis ganz okay. Zimmer war groß und teilweise modern/neu, teilweise alt und abgewohnt, Schwimmbad neu und schön, Wellness klein und dunkel und kein Ruheraum. Essen und alles drumherum (Speisesaal, freie Platzwahl, komplette Selbstbedienung bei Getränken und Essen) erinnert ein bisschen an Jugendherberge.

Die Lampen haben das Zimmer nicht richtig ausgeleuchtet, es war etwas duster, gerade jetzt wenn es früher dunkel wird. Den Saunabereich fand ich ebenfalls zu dunkel, Liegeflächen war nur am Innenpool vorhanden. Das Essen war super, ausreichend für alle Gäste vorhanden, große Auswahl, AL top.
