Welcome to the "Sea Breeze" house in Olpenitz.
The house features an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The house boasts a charming location surrounded by greenery and close to the Baltic Sea. The large windows create a bright and spacious living environment.
After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV. It features Magenta TV and RTL+, which you can use free of charge during your stay. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (140x200 cm).
The kitchen offers everything you need for a fun evening of cooking with the family.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the other has two single beds (each 100x200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains for restful nights.
A bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and the highlight: an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax on cold days.
Another bathroom on the first floor offers a shower, a towel warmer, and a hairdryer.
Other amenities include a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, and a cordless vacuum cleaner.
On sunny days, you can relax on the furnished terrace. Enjoy your vacation days in the beach chair and spend balmy summer evenings with your family on the terrace.
The vacation home is designed for a maximum of four adults and two children, as the sofa bed is 140 cm wide.
You can store your own bicycles or those rented from us in the lockable bicycle shed.
A free parking space and an electric vehicle charging station are located directly in front of the house. Payment is made directly at the charging station.
