Located on the Baltic Sea on a narrow headland between the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the expanse of the Baltic Sea, this holiday apartment boasts a direct waterfront location and breathtaking sea and far-reaching views from the entire living and dining area as well as the master bedroom. The white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz is just a few hundred metres away. Sailing ships sail in through the harbour entrance in front of the windows, creating a holiday feeling.



Spend your holiday above it all. The highlight of this holiday apartment is the water terrace adjoining the living area with all-day dream views and sunshine, which leads to the roof terrace via a terrace running around the side. With a 360° water view over the marina, the OstseeResort and the Baltic Sea, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure cosy comfort throughout the apartment at any time of year. A Finnish sauna offers moments of wellness after a long walk on the beach.



The unique architecture with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows creates an unforgettable holiday experience, as the water is close enough to touch. The organic construction with lime plaster ensures a pleasant indoor climate, while natural stone floors made of light-coloured Italian travertine literally ground you. Furnished to a high standard, this holiday apartment boasts a unique design with souvenirs from all over the world. Each room also has a different natural wall colour. The mirrored windows create maximum privacy.



Two bedrooms offer space for four adults to sleep and dream. The master bedroom has a marvellous view of the water through a maritime porthole.



The open-plan eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, as it is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.



The natural stone shower room with Brazilian slate has a Finnish sauna and washbasins handcrafted from river stone. A guest WC provides additional comfort.



A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There are 6 shared bicycle stands in front of the holiday apartment.

Ist der Vermieter ein Problem?

Die Ferienhaus Agentur ist Spitze und hat sich vorbildlich Verhalten! Allerdings ist in der Preiskategorie mehr nötig und das liegt an dem Eigentümer und nicht der Agentur. Diese Wohnung ist diesen Preis nicht wert. Zu lange wurde dieser Wohnung nicht renoviert und zu viele Mängel sind vorhanden. Wir bleiben der Ferienhaus Agentur treu, haben allerdings einen anderes Objekt für den nächsten Urlaub gewählt. Dieser Vermieter verlangt ein wenig mehr für die Vermietung, ist aber statt 2,5 Sterne bei 5 Sternen. Wir konnten die Wohnung vorher besichtigen und haben sofort gebucht. Resümee: Vermieter sollte nachdenken etwas zu tun, den die Wohnung ist eigentlich eine Spitzenimmobilie, aber leider nicht ausreichend auf dem Stand gehalten. Die Betreuung durch die Ferienhaus Agentur ist kaum zu toppen: super freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und auch ohne Vermieter-Zustimmung lösungsorientiert, proaktiv tätig. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Wir sind das 5 mal in Olpenitz gewesen und waren immer begeistert von der Lage , Strand und der Objekte die wir gemietet haben. Doch dieses mal waren wir eintäuscht. Es gab Mängel ( Dusche war defekt, Liegen waren schäbig und zerrissen, das Schloss von der Garage wo unsere Fahrräder standen war defekt), die nicht in Ordnung waren. Die habe ich auch gleich beanstandet, jedoch wurden sie nicht in der Zeit als wir da waren beseitigt.

Fakebilder im Internet als Angebot

Die Bilder im Internet sind zum Teil Fake. Das sollte von einem Anwalt überprüft werden. Das hohe Nachbarhaus wurde wegretuschiert. Die Sicht auf das Merr aus dem Fenster somit nicht wie in der Anzeige. Zudem wurde auf unsere Bitte bzgl. der kaputten Dusche und des katastrophalen Internets überhaupt nicht reagiert. Unterirdisch.
