Este hermoso condominio Pono Kai (Edificio H) está a pocos pasos del océano y de la playa. Con cocina completa, área de comedor, sala de estar, patio privado, piscina, jacuzzi, tenis, gimnasio, voleibol, parrillas para barbacoa, WiFi, sendero para bicicletas de 3 millas a lo largo del océano, estacionamiento GRATUITO, etc.

Este increíble condominio de 650 pies cuadrados en la planta baja en el Edificio H se encuentra en lo que muchos consideran como "la mejor playa familiar en Kauai". A pocos pasos de la piscina y la playa, este condominio ofrece la mejor ubicación para la diversión de la isla. No hay escaleras para subir, simplemente salga de la lanai a la playa o camine por los hermosos jardines bien cuidados hasta la piscina, canchas de tenis, cancha de croquet, áreas de parrillas y pícnic, gimnasio y shuffle board. Dé un paseo por la histórica ciudad de Kapa'a para disfrutar de excelentes tiendas, comida y recreación en la isla.

Este condominio puede alojar cómodamente a cuatro personas. El dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, gran capacidad de almacenamiento, además de un televisor de pantalla plana. El salón tiene una cama Murphy tamaño queen (ver fotos) y un televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla, sartenes, lavaplatos, cafetera y microondas con un cómodo comedor. El propietario ha actualizado recientemente el condominio con hermosos gabinetes nuevos y encimeras.

Para reservaciones de más de 14 días, requerimos una limpieza a mitad de la estancia (cargo adicional de limpieza de $ 100) en el cual nuestra ama de llaves renovará la ropa de cama y las toallas de baño, limpiará la unidad y repondrá los artículos / artículos de aseo provistos.

Cozy and comfortable

The apartment was clean and inviting. The resort was well landscaped and pleasant although we didn't use any of the facilities. The location is convenient for going north or south on the island. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there, so we didn't get to take much advantage of the wonderful bike/walkway that is next to the ocean behind the resort.

Excellent Location, Maintenance, and Owner Response

We really loved our stay at this property. The room itself was clean and solid and the kitchen was super well-stocked. I'm so glad that they left a bunch of the spices and odds and ends that people probably gathered when they cooked in it, as all those things made the kitchen far more usable. Also, when we found that there weren't dishwasher pods in the kitchen, the owner actually gave us plenty of money in a refund for us to get our own, and since we were out so much, that was easy for us to do. They responded really well to our problem and were good about being generous on how to solve it when the housekeeper was across the island and unable to get to us in a timely manner. The hottub on the property was a great way to get to talk to a lot of other travelers. The location was right on the edge of a small town, with lots of fun stuff just in walking distance, and instant access to the main road around the island. And being at the mid-point meant that going north and doing west was equally easy. We've done Poipu before, but this was so much nicer, and more mixed into the actual residents of this island instead of just a resort dislocated from the rest of the island. I would so recommend this instead of Poipu, if you want to go to Poipu beach, it's an easy drive from here, too, and there are even beaches just on one side of the whole complex, some with protection from the surf to make swimming much less hazardous than on other parts of the island.

Wonderful stay at Pono Kai

This was our second stay at this condo and it was a great visit. The location is very convenient - right off the walk/bike path and a short walk to coffee, juices, meals, and shops. The unit was super clean and nice extras included (chairs, towels, etc). The grounds are meticulously maintained as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic

Beautiful, clean grounds just steps from the ocean. The sun rise in the morning is the most amazing sight. It was our daughters 14th birthday- the resort offers plenty of activities, the unit is just steps from the pool, with laundry and bbq's just steps away from the unit. Jared is a fantastic host to deal with, answers questions almost immediately- and offers many tips on restaurants and things to see and do. Overall 11/ 10 rating. The absolute only negative i could possibly say is the patio chairs could use cushions. However, that by no means had any real impact on our vacation. The room was fully stocked with boogy boards, snorkels, lawn chairs and a cooler for snacks and drinks. I would recommend this property and unit to anyone i know who would like to visit the beautiful island of Kauai. Thanks Jared!

Great Property

Have stayed at the resort multiple times, not via VRBO. This owner has updated the property. We had an issue with the shower faucet and the owner responded almost instantly and made sure the issue was resolved. The communication was excellent. Liked the extras in the room that we were able to use; beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and sand toys. Would definitely rent with this owner and unit again.

Beautiful property, convenient location!

This unit was perfect for our stay! It was super clean, comfortable, well stocked with essentials, and it had all of the extras needed for fun at the beach! The property was beautifully kept it even had a koi pond and hammocks strategically placed. We woke up early just to experience a phenomenal sunrise. The location of the unit is great, we walked to town for fresh fruit at the farmer’s market, delicious burgers at Bubbu’s, and a wonderful breakfast at Java Kai, This was a fantastic recommendation from our host Jared. Check in was a breeze, staff was friendly

The location was perfect and it was a lovely condo. My only comment is I think the owner was a little stingy with amenities; i.e., only two beach towels were provided, no salt and pepper, no sugar, only one laundry pod. Other things that were there were very low and we had to purchase new, i.e., coffee.

Belle expérience

Emplacement parfait pour faire le trajet vers le Nord ou vers le Sud de l'île. Beaucoup de commodités à proximité (restaurants, food trucks, supermarché). Plage à deux pas. Piscine et spa bien apprécié des enfants. Elles y allaient directement du jardin. Très pratique ! L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les matelas et oreillers sont très confortables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour pour la cuisine, pour la literie, pour la plage. On est allé avec une autre famille qui ont aussi loué dans le complexe : dans leur appartement, ils n'y avaient pas de serviette de plage, pas de parasol, etc. et le chech-in était beaucoup plus tard. Prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles au cas où : les murs sont fins et les coqs sont partout sur l'île. Le complexe hôtelier est aussi bien équipé : machine à laver, sécheuse, barbecue, hamac, jeux extérieurs, salle d'entraînement... Check-in / out très facile. Jared répond très vite à ses messages. Très bon hôte. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

5 Star! Great communication from the owner before, during & after our stay. The condo is super clean, well-appointed and functional. Great amount of beach gear too! Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. Both the booking and check-in were easy. Jared was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. The condo and Pono Kai property are beautifully maintained and quiet. We loved walking on the trail along the beach, the convenient bbq grills, and the central location on the island. The condo had everything you needed for a beach trip: chairs, boogie boards, towels, and a cooler! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the near future!

Exceeded expectations

We stayed three nights and found the property to exceed our expectations. The communication we received from Jared was excellent. The property was very clean and very well maintained and the location perfect for the experience we wanted (i.e., low key, less busy resort environment, good central location on the island).
