Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 900 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 950 m, pebble beach 18 km.
