Holiday House Mar-Ana is located in a village called Brajkovi?i, only 12 km away for the magnificent town of Rovinj. The house is situated on a large plot with beautiful garden and lots of tree shade. In the well maintained garden you can find loungers, seating garniture, BBQ grill and playground for children.The house itself consists of two floors and can accommodate up to five persons. On the ground floor, there is a fully enquiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary modern cooking appliances, a dining area and a comfortable living room with a TV. The staircase leads to the second floor, where you can find three bedrooms - two double bed bedrooms and one bedroom with a single bed. In addition, there's a bathroom with a bathtub. Bedrooms have an access to the balconies overlooking the garden.Private parking place is at your disposal.
The air-conditioned homes feature balconies and afford space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Washers/dryers, microwaves, and refrigerators are also standard.
