This property is not made for elderly or disabled. Steep slope and many steps. It would have been nice to have something more relaxing to sit in to watch TV. 2 chairs, same as ones at pool were very uncomfortable for TV watching, reading and no table to eat at. Property is beautifully lush though.

The staff is super helpful and friendly and the amenities offered were great! We loved the kayaking and yoga! The common areas were very nice. The only issue were the very noisy air conditioners. It kept us up all night, as it did our son, in another room. Unfortunately, we were told that the only way to fix them was to replace them, which didn't happen. Hope they do this soon!

Quaint, quiet & lush area. Not in a hotel district with loud music. Rent a car and travel to and from during the day. Loved having the yoga and paddle boarding/kayak rental for free. Floating docks with tiki torches at night on the property. A beautiful scenery with lush mountains in the backdrop. Rooms are neat and provide just what you need - went to grocery store and was able to have a home away from home for a week.

We used this BED& BREAKFAST while our house was being rented for termites on Monday, March 24, 2025! We booked an extra night just in case. We stayed here 17 years ago the last time we tented our house. It's close to home& convenient! Mahalo to the staff and the front desk employees for helping us get everything done that we needed to in order to be able to stay there with our kitten. It was a nice relaxed stay - paddling. Yoga, great views. Music every afternoon & great floating platforms. we did have issue with pillows & mattress. The staff were great & got me different pillows but the mattress was very soft & too big for the base which caused back issues. We had a nice stat

Beautiful area, great location. Beds great, but few amenities, and inside room was poorly furnished. Basically patio furniture, not comfortable so don’t plan on staying inside long. Other than that, great.

This place was AMAZING!!! From the staff, location, view. The barges on the water allowed us to see puffer fish, reef fish, moray eels right at the resort! There's a small kitchenette in the rooms and 2 gas grill we used almost every night. Uncle Danny singing weekdays is something not to miss.

Beautiful resort

Live music 4pm to 7pm monday to friday is fantastic. Banana bread for breakfast is good but not for every single day. Parking is tight and it should be free ($18 plus tax daily). The resort is situated in a residential area surrounded by tropical forest and plants, beautiful and quiet. It's only 30 minutes drive to anywhere, North Shore, Lanikai, Waikiki etc, conveniently located. There's no restaurant at the hotel, you need to cook your own meal or drive. Overall it's a nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay.

a week in paradise

amazing atmosphere, have read other reviews about location, parking and noise - personally we loved the location, never really had an issue with parking (had a jeep) and noise wise no problems. the pool we dipped into once during our week stay. it was small and easily crowded although some guests didn’t seem to mind that, we stuck to the beaches! plenty of amazing beaches within 15-30 minutes going up the east coast towards the north. bring a water bottle, there is a station in the lobby and the workout room.

Our little cottage at Paradise Bay was lovely, with an amazing view, comfy bed, lots of space, and well-appointed and very clean washroom and kitchen. The service was great. The pool, outdoor spaces, free kayaks - this was good too. Parking was a bit tight but not impossible. There isn't really much that is walkable from the resort, but it's a short drive to hikes, restaurants, shops, etc. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

This review is meant to help those future guests. The location of the hotel is great it has an amazing view. You feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The resort/ hotel needs an update so there are many inconveniences. The price is low due to the hiccups throughout the facility. They are currently remodeling the kitchen therefore there’s no breakfast options. They do provide Banana bread, whole fruit, and coffee. Our room was below the lobby and we could hear foot traffic that starts at 0530. The beds in our room very comfortable. The bathroom was small the shower head needs to be changed. It was oxidized. There was paint chipped off some furniture. We found small roaches throughout the kitchen/ sink area. The walls are very thin I can hear other guests convos and their tvs. There’s chickens and roosters around the property so if you’re a light sleeper you will be awaken by them as early as 0500 am. They don’t stop cackling until maybe 8am. I contacted the front desk about the issues we had and they acknowledged the issues and moved us to a different room.the room was a 2 bed and had more space but the tv remote control didn’t work. We pressed on Amazon but Took us toHulu. Netflix wasn’t accessible as the remote didn’t work. Used the local channels on the roku.The rooms had no tvs. Only living room area.The room was clean and beds were comfortable but it was noisy with all cars being in and out next to the lobby. Which makes sense the pricing being lowered.heads up.
