It is a long walk for city central and the train station but is great for going into the park area. Hotel is located next to the Chair lift that takes you into the mountains and chair lift. Staff was very friendly and services were great. Resturant food food was very good as well.

An amazing room with a view of the mountains from the bathroom! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Anca was especially helpful. Super convenient to gondola for incredible views and hikes. Breakfast was included and very good. Definitely would stay here again!

After a horrible experience in Interlaken. This hotel was a safe, healthy, clean place that was so worth it. Matina and Joshua were so kind! They say Americans are the people who respect them. We must always be that way as other countries do not hold our values. So book this place!

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I have a few suggestions as towels were thin, weak WiFi, no vending machines or ice machine. Only had one tv for two rooms as there was no living room. Lastly, given only one key so not as convenient.
