Remembrance weekend

Absolutely awful place. Nothing like the photos. Nobody to meet us and check us in! We had to find our own rooms and assume the rooms were for us. Didn't see any staff in three days. No service or cleaning of any kind. No clean towels, coffee replenishment,beds made - Nothing!! Pool was like a muddy river. Overall a disgrace and Hotels.com should look into this and verify the state of hotels they allow in their website

From check in to check out never saw any staff. Had to leave the key on reception desk as nobody about. The pool was not full and in need of several repairs. Broken tiles in the pool which caused my daughter a large cut to her foot.

Nice little gem!

A great place with spacious room. The pool could do with a refurbishment as there are a few loose tiles. The staff were fantastic and helpfull too.

Nice hotel and service but beware of tourist traps

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay and the room was large and comfortable. Room floor was slightly dirty but overall the stay was still comfortable. Beware of the recommendations made by the owner as he will recommend (and upsell) eateries that are owned by his friends rather than recommending what is truly good in the area.

Good hotel

Hotel room was large and clean, and the AC worked great. Very hands off staff, nobody at the desk for most of the night. The pool was awesome, very relaxing on a hot day.

Great value for money!

I loved the area, loads to see and do on the doorstep. Close to the river and walking distance to the bridge. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the hotel. Aircon - absolutely necessary! The not so great points: The pool was a bit like a tepid bath, The guy on reception spoke no English but he did call the boss to translate so all good. Nights are loud.... If you don't plan on partying, take earplugs!

No greeting on arrival, person at reception wasn't expecting us, no help with bags and two young children. No restaurant and bar like in some photos.

Staff not very helpful.

At the lobby there were two dogs blocking the entrance. One of them was pretty agressive and almost bit my child. Only one person spoke English and had to be called by phone to help us. The room was clean, spacious but did not have the two double beds we booked online. It had a king bed and a large squared sofa. The lady in charge of housekeeping never brought sheets for the sofa, just gave us a dirty comforter to put on by ourselves and and left. No soap in the bathroom, not enough hangers on the closet. It was hard to ask for assistance since no one spoke English. No food, no breakfast available. Yet the staff were eating on the dinning table at the lobby.

Way to noisy at night

Small resort not to far from train station. Nice small pool. Quiet enough during the day but on the Saturday night we stayed a band started up, what felt like right under my 3rd floor room at approx 9pm and shook the building with their way to heavy bass (so called music) and didn't stop til 2am. I had to be up at 5am for our day trip so had very little sleep. Would not stay there again.

Trying hard but not there.

Some dirt still present after 6 night stay. Reception unattended alot. Same duvet cover all week. Same marks in the same place. Loud music from rear of building till 1 in the morning every night.

For the young

As they say you get ehat you pay for. This hotel is ok except for non english speaking staff and the night club next door. Sleeping between 8pm and 1am is impossible. Shame really as location good. Probably better off as backpackers place.

Lovely rooms and owners

This place is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable and the owners friendly and inviting. Only downside was the noise from a pub/club up the street. Try and get one of the back rooms away from the club side and you'll be fine.

チェックイン対応がひどすぎる

ホテルの玄関は鍵がかかっていて、フロントには誰もいない。ドアの張り紙に電話番号が記載してあったが、かけてもなかなか出ない。やっと通じたと思ったらちょっと待ってくれといったまま30分以上連絡なし。 やっとのことで勝手口のような入口を指示され、部屋番号を確認して入室するまで40分以上待たされた。フロント係は姿を見せなかった。
