This lovely, upper-level, upcountry, oceanview residence offers a great room with sliding glass pocket doors for indoor/outdoor island living, a superior kitchen outfitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances/gas range, and a dining table for six. Construction noise

They are building new condos directly in back of this property. Nobody warned me of this.I had to leave the property Monday through Saturday 8am to 5pm due to pile drivers and deafening noise. I left the property early and had to pay double the price somewhere else due to the island being sold out. This construction project will be going on for at least a year so be forewarned.
