In 2020 we had 2 luxury villas (Regal and Mistral) built on the Schotsmanweg in Kamperland on the Veerse Meer.
Zeeland is the province of the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine. Villa Maroma Mistral is located on the north side of the Veerse Zee and is an ideal place for a holiday with entertainment for young and old.
Villa Maroma Mistral has 4 E-bikes, free WiFi, gas BBQ, a charging station for electric cars, a large flat-screen TV with cable channels and a large terrace overlooking the Veerse Meer. All around there is artificial grass and there is a large trampoline. There are 3 parking spaces.
The Veerse Meer is 100 metres away. The North Sea beach is only 4 km away and you can get there in 10 minutes by bike.
Various types of water sports are just a short walk away. Activities in the area include sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing and diving.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with rain shower, a cozy spacious living room with open equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. In the utility room you will find the washer/dryer.
Through the sliding doors in the living room you enter the terrace for a drink in the sun. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Be convinced by the photos on the website.
Shops and supermarkets (Aldi and Albert Heijn) are a short distance away in the village.
The Veerse Meer is about a 150m walk away. the North Sea beach at 4 km. Charming towns such as Middelburg, Veere, Goed and Domburg within 15 km.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir hatten einen ausgesprochen schönen Aufenthalt in Maroma Regal. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ein empfehlenswerter Kontakt durch und durch.
Das Haus war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und es war komfortabel und gemütlich.
Der Garten ließ keine Wünsche offen, unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Vor allem das Trampolin war heiß geliebt. Auch die Schaukel und Ringe wurden mit großer Freude entdeckt.
Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab reichlich Essgeschirr, Kessel und Pfannen. Die Elektrogeräte funktionierten einwandfrei und der große Geschirrspüler war praktisch, wenn man mit vielen Gästen dort wohnt.
Das Wohn- und Esszimmer waren sehr gemütlich und praktisch aufgeteilt. Außerdem wurde Amazon Prime durch die Gastgeber freigegeben, sehr erfreulich für die Abende.
Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr geräumig, mit reichlich Stauraum ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch groß. Die Bäder auf beiden Etagen waren sehr sauber und ebenfalls praktisch. Allgemein war die Ausstattung sehr ansprechend.
Zum Angebot, das Auto am Haus aufzuladen sollte in der Beschreibung ergänzt werden, dass dies über eine normale Steckdose läuft. Diesen Stecker sollte man auf jeden Fall im Gepäck haben, denn der Anschluss für die Schnellladestationen ist dafür nicht brauchbar.
Die Lage direkt am Veersemeer lud zu langen Spaziergängen ein, eine große, weitläufige Wiese bot Mensch und Tier reichlich Raum für Bewegung.
Im Umkreis gab es allerlei schöne Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es ebenfalls ausreichend in der Nähe.
