Great stay. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and many options. One thing I would change was the location of the shampoo and conditioner to the opposite side of the wall and where the hand soap is also but other than that everything was great.

The staff was terrible at check in. My parents reserved an accessible room with roll in shower. They said that room wasn’t available because they had damage from a tornado 6 weeks prior. They never notified us of the situation and really didn’t care to try to Make it right. The people in the. Breakfast area were great.

The property had recently been hit by a tornado so the initial appearance was spokey. I wish Expedia had warned me of that. The room was clean and the bed was great but the shower wasn't working properly so while showering I didn't have much water pressure. Their were ants in the bathroom but as I said they were under construction. The pool was awesome! The exercise area was clean and equipment functioned great. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

They should not be rooming people until the repairs from the tornado damage are completed. The windows are broken, the boarded windows are not sealed so who knows what kind of mold and animal life come through, including bugs. It smells like mold and weed. The water is brown, we had to use water bottles to brush our teeth and wash our hands/face. The towels are stained yellow. It feels gross being there, we left early. I complained to the front desk about the water and they told me “that’s just the towns water, there is nothing that can be done about it.” Yuck!!!!
