All was great. There was one staff member that was trying hard sale for us to become Shell customers right after we checked in. We were tired and my husband was handicapped and we just wanted to get to our room. After telling her 5 times we just needed to go, I finally just walked away. Hard sale does not work for most people. It ends up casting a bad light on your staff.

What a amazing resort! My husband and I took our 80+ year old parents! They had there own condo and I can't say enough good stuff about this resort! The pool was perfect, the restaurant was delicious, the entertainment was so fun every night, the staff was unbelievable keeping my parents well taking care of and just overall each one of them was the best! It was within walking distance to groceries, tons of restaurants! Couldn't ask for a better lifetime experience for us! And we were so excited the volcano erupted while we were there! Thank u Kona resort! If I could give them a 10 it would be 11!

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The kitchen worked well since we did prepare a thanksgiving meal with all the amenities! It became a central hub because of the size. The views were beautiful from the lanai. Friendly staff and when we asked for things for the roomthe were there immediately!! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Really enjoyed our stay. Huge apartment, friendly staff, easy parking. Swam in the quiet pool every morning. Restaurant is sub par but worth a visit if you just want to get a drink by the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great!! They even gave us an extra key/wristband for my daughter who lives in the area. She was able to park close to our room without worry if her vehicle being towed. The wristband/key is wonderful. No worries about have to keep track of another card or fumble around trying to get the key out to get in your room. Water proof to boot!! Perfect. Mahalo!!
