HOUSE RULES (SUMMARY) Kuilima Estates West is a quiet, private residential community with many full‑time residents.

Vehicles & Parking Only one guaranteed space (stall #9) Maximum 2 vehicles total with passes displayed Vehicles without visible passes may be towed at guest’s expense
Lanai & Grounds Nothing may be hung from lanai or railings (towels, swimsuits, etc.) No tents, tarps, tables, or other setups off the back lanai facing the golf course Do not walk through planted areas or pick flowers from shrubs/trees
Pets, Smoking, Resort Access Pets are not allowed (only documented Service Animals permitted) No smoking anywhere in Kuilima Estates West or inside the unit We are not affiliated with Turtle Bay Resort or the golf courses; resort amenities are for registered resort guests only; no golf carts allowed on property
Pool Use Follow posted rules; no lifeguard on duty Open 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Pools are not for large groups and may not be reserved for private use Max community pool capacity: 10 persons total (no more than 6 per unit) BBQ/lanai area may be reserved with Resident Manager (max 15 people for up to 3 hours). Without prior approval, you may be asked to leave.

We booked this last minute after we decided to leave the bustling Honolulu area. Host was accommodating and communicated quickly and clearly. This place was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 young children (under age 6) plus my parents. They keep beach towels and snorkeling/beach toys on hand and available to use for walks to the beaches. The screened in porch on the back was a hidden highlight!
