We enjoyed being able to watch the river as we bathed in the open air bath. Plenty of amenities provided, staff was super friendly and helpful, and room was lovely and spacious. Japanese breakfast was huge and delicious and it was wonderful to try some regional specialities.

カメムシのアロマが最高のお宿！！？？

利用客の少ない平日に利用させていただきました、季節柄と今年の異常な気候によりカメムシが異常に発生しており、客室には十数匹のカメムシと独特の匂いが充満しており驚愕！！！最上階のお部屋でベランダと網戸、そしてサッシの部屋内側には無数のカメムシの死骸が・・・ 非常に大きな立派な施設ですが、細かい処の清掃や管理がなされていない感じがいたしました。 人不足せいですかね・・・ 朝食のみのプランでしたので、夕食はわかりませんが朝食は個食で味わい深いお品だけに残念でした。 また、温泉は実は（冷泉の加温！！）でした

3泊お世話になりました。 野天風呂、朝は川が見え、夜は星が見え、湯温も熱すぎず、とても良かったです。 湯浴みを着て混浴で入れるので、良いと思います！ 朝ごはん付きで予約しましたが、チェックインの時に最終日だけ夕食を付けたいという要望に応えていただき、ありがとうこまざいました！ 旅の最終日に、豪華な晩ごはんが食べられて良かったです！ 外国人スタッフが多かったですが、みなさん良い感じでした。 日本人スタッフは、アットホームな感じでした。 山の中なので仕方ありませんが、カメムシが多かったです… HPの観光のページも参考にさせていただきました。近江町市場、栢野大杉、那谷寺、とても良かったです！！ ありがとうございました！
