住宿好，態度不好，服務差

住宿方面非常好，面對湖景，很美，房間亦很整潔。 事前約了酒店人員來接我們，非常友好。但是發電郵給他們，幾天都不回覆，再追問才給回覆。我們其中一人不吃牛肉，在電郵清楚表明，酒店亦回覆接受我的要求，但真正吃東西時，完全沒人知道要我們有特別要求，向老闆娘再說，才再安排，上菜方面，非常慢，吃完所有食物還沒上其餘的菜！連吃完東西的器皿更沒人收拾，很差！食物方面，美味的，但不精緻！很失望！入餐廳更無人招呼！
