This villa boasts 2047 sq. ft. of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide 562 sq. ft. lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.
Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses.
This upper level villa will provide you with instant access to your enclave’s private pool, hot tub and fire pit area. This residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage with a charger for your electric car and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.
Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children’s shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store and Spa. Please note due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, resort amenities may be subject to change or closure.
TAX The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest ’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

Amazing Kaanapali Condo!!
My first time ever to Hawaii and I spent the better part of a year researching areas, beaches and family friendly neighborhoods and islands. I found this resort as a recommendation so I checked it out. The rental company was accomodiating to my questions and provided helpful information to make my descision. I was traveling with "high risk" family memebers and this needed to meet everyones needs. The condo was SO CLEAN and modern that it exceeded my expectation. The property was beautiful and the beach was perfect for snorkeling. I wouldn't change anything about the trip or the concierge service we recieved. Thank you for letting us make WONDERFUL memories.

Luxury living in beautiful Maui
This property is located within Honua Kao resort,which gives full access to all resort amenities and direct beach access. Location is to die, walking distance to beach,food trucks and stores yes still live in very private villas.
Villa is amazing with space enough for 8 people with all interiors brand new . value for every dollar we paid. we will return here for sure.

Great experience
Good value and great space to spread out. The property was as advertised and felt like a home away from home. The sunsets were something to look forward to every day and the area boasted lots of adventure. The locals were happy to have you there after Covid and the restrictions were not out of line with what we expected. We would definately come again.

Amazing place!
We have stayed at Honua Kai every year since 2010. This unit is by far the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It is modern, clean and has every amenity a person could want. We especially liked the big lanai - we sat out there every morning and every night and there was plenty of room for everyone. This unit is also nice because of the close proximity to the entrance to the Konea tower. The owner texted me the day we arrived to make sure our check in went smoothly and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again. So worth it!!

Beautiful and well stocked villa
We enjoyed our stay very much at the Villa. The resort itself is beautiful but very busy it was nice to have an oasis away from the crowds. We were grateful for the very well stocked kitchen with lots of amenities. The resort has only one restaurant so our kitchen came in handy quite a bit.
