The location was great if you have a car- close to many things. The resort was a little smaller than I would have anticipated and did not have a hot tub. The beach is beautiful here, the pool was a little cold in March, hence a hot tub would have been nice. I loved the free hula class offered. The rooms are a little outdated though roomy and I like the sink in the common area especially when traveling with family.

Love the laid-back atmosphere. Lahaina moon pricey but tasty. Beach Access unbeatable. Pool a little crowded but always found a seat. Room bungalow was perfect. Wish it had a microwave. Not very close to activities. Luau was enjoyable.

I had to change rooms as i was given a room in tower on 6th floor that smelt mouldy. The next room was good. The dining options were very expensive. Breakfast buffet was okay. The location is amazing for walking to Whalers.

Great location, comfortable beds and great AC. Lahaina Noon restaurant was good. Nice pool and excellent beach out front. Great coffee in the room, which is always appreciated. A little weird service checking in. The bellman weren't super helpful at the beginning. We booked this hotel through Expedia because it was a VIP hotel, usually meaning extra perks and we got nothing. Our room and view was nice on the 10th floor, but we were told an upgrade wasnt available. Too bad they dont have a hot tub anymore. Overall a good experience.

I always stay at the Royal Lahaina when I go to Maui. I love the authenticity of the hotel mixed with high quality experiences. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. My room was upgraded when I arrived. If you need anything, you just ask and they get it for you. It’s just a perfect getaway!I love that the beach is never crowded and that it feels like my own private heaven. I will be back again and again!!!
