Sijainti oikein hyvä ja huone sisustettu kivasti. Mutta sitten kunnossapidosta tingitty liikaa. Kylpyhuoneen lattiakaivo veti huonosti ei edes lattiapyyhettä tarjolla. Märillä sukilla sitten WC käynnit. Roskis tyhjentämättä keittiössä edellisten jäljiltä ja astiat huonosti tiskattu. Tyynyliina repaleinen. Kaukosäätimen paristot tyhjät. Aamiasmunat jäi paistamatta kun ei löytynyt paistinpannua keittiöstä. Toivottavasti jatkossa paranee tuosta.

Gute Kommunikation für einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Insgesamt schönes Appartment. Leider kein Aufzug im Haus. Zugang zum Parkplatz-Hof bei geschlossenem Tor sollte erläutert werden (ist sehr einfach, braucht aber Erläuterung). Sehr gute Umgebung, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs etc. alles in nächster Nähe.

Oikein kaunis kiinteistö ja hyvä sijainti. Liikenteen melu vähän jännitti. Mutta kun nukkui ikkuna kiinni, niin ei liiemmin häirinnyt. Yhteydenpito maijoittajaan oli helppoa.
