For $50 a night I was impressed! While it was definitely a “get what you pay for” type of spot as far as quality of linens etc, I enjoyed it. The man at the front desk was SO lovely and accommodating. He really made the stay enjoyable. Gave us traveling recommendations for our next cities etc. He did say that they will always match the prices online, which I wish I had done so that all the money goes to the hotel itself. So, call them directly!!

I arrived at 1AM desperate for sleep and unfortunately felt very unsafe here due to my door being broken, clearly looked like it had already been broken into, or out of. It was a sketchy vibe. The bed and floor were damp. I uncovered the blankets and there was dirt under the sheets, I couldn’t relax enough to even sleep despite me exhaustion. I checked to see if the shower was at least clean for the morning, all I really wanted was some rest and a shower but there was nasty mold all over the shower curtain and terrible, almost non existent water pressure dripping out of the shower head. That’s when I decided I couldn’t stay there. I swear I’m not typically one to complain either but this was bad. I spoke with the front desk and let them know what happened and that I was checking out, but I’m not sure he even remembers as I had to wake the poor guy up. Despite my exhaustion I’d rather sleep in my car. Expedia tried to get me a refund but the property repeatedly refused. So I’m here to let you know. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. And especially don’t run the risk of getting kidnapped or attacked at this unsecured property.

Definitely not what was advertised. The staff was not friendly. The water was close to brown so I did not feel safe showering me or my kids. We booked 2 nights but checked out after the first night. There was no pool... there was grass and weeds grown all around it. There was a guy with a leaf blower staring at me as I loaded up my vehical.... super uncomfortable as I was dressed to head to the river.... Really wish I could be refunded at least for the night I didnt stay!

Property was not as advertised at all. Very poorly maintained, showers/plumbing did not work. Broken locks on doors. Several other guests had issues that were not resolved and they left early and were refused a refund. One guest even found drugs in their room.

This place is perfect for an emergency stay or a cheap stay. 0 communication when i called atleasr 4 times to confirm that the area was safe due to flooding around the area. The rooms are clean but well used. Best thing about rhe room was new flooring. The cable didnr even work in my room. But like i said. Great foe an emergency or cheap stay.
