Fantastic experience! The staff was above and beyond the best! Very friendly, informative, helpful in every way. The ice hotel experience was something I will never forget! Everything was amazing! The room was icy cold. The only thing I would say is that you can’t access your bed from 8:30-6pm. We got an extra normal room so we can Lounge around in. You have a back area with shower and bathroom and two chairs to sit in from 8:30-6 but it was nice to have somewhere you can sleep in in. But overall amazing once in a life time experience
