Bodenlose Frechheit
Objekt war als Ferienhaus ausgeschrieben. Zuerst war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett. Es gab Infos wo der Schlüssel liegt und über die Parkmöglichkeiten. Als wir am Abend ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Ferienhaus eher eine Monteurwohnung ist und die Bilder aus einer längst vergangenen, schöneren Zeit stammen... So weit so gut. Bei Betreten des Badezimmers kam uns ein übler Geruch nach Schimmel entgegen. Es gab Spinnenweben wie normal in Garagen oder Gartenhäusern zu finden sind, Haare und Dreck in der Dusche, Urinrückstände an der Toilette usw. Als wir die Vermieterin kontaktierten wurde uns gesagt -die Putzfrau hätte heute morgen sauber gemacht, wir könnten hier kein Wellness/ Luxushotel erwarten und wenn es uns nicht passt sollen wir doch einfach wieder abreisen. Das haben wir mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern (3 und 5) dann abends um 22 Uhr auch gemacht. Eine Unverschämtheit sonders gleichen. Wegen einer Rückerstattung sollen wir uns doch bitte an die Agentur wenden über die wir gebucht haben... Wir sind gespannt was wir von den 250€ für 2 Nächte zurückbekommen. Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen!!
