Strong odor and safety issues

Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the entire house had a strong musty odor, which persisted throughout our stay despite ventilation. The smell was so pervasive that all of our belongings absorbed it, and even after washing them multiple times upon returning home, the odor remains. Additionally, the house presented several safety hazards. The staircase had uneven steps and no handrail, making it dangerous to use, particularly for anyone with mobility issues. One of the windows also lacked proper fall protection, which is concerning, especially for families with children or elderly guests. We attempted to contact the property manager regarding these issues but received no response, which added to our frustration. Unfortunately, even after filing a complaint with the booking platform (fewo-direkt as well as vrbo), we did not receive any feedback or support from them either. Given these issues and the lack of responsiveness from both the property manager and the booking platform, I would not recommend this property in its current condition. We had hoped for a much better experience and level of service.

Un séjour contrarié par le mauvais temps

Une maison charmante,un bel environnement,un endroit idéal avec de très jeunes enfants grace à ce jardin bien clos et la multitude de jouets à disposition... Cependant 2 remarques : une cuisine exigue et mal éclairée, à laquelle manquent congélateur et four, d'une part,et d'autre part personne pour nous acceuillir et donner plus de précisions sur la gestion de la maison pendant notre séjour.
