We had a great time being at the lake but we were disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities at the cabin. The floors were filthy, the dishes we pulled down to use were dirty, there was something crusty spilled across one of the pillows on the bed, there was a Zen chew pouch stuck to the wall, the towels left for us were unwashed Dollar store towels that left us covered in lint and we had to use the dog towel from our car to dry off after showering, the mattress was terrible and had microfiber sheets that left us both sweating all night long, there was a coffee pot and coffee, but no filters, and the deck and chairs were super dirty and covered in branches and pine cones and debris. We had to clean it all before using them. Oh, and there was no frying pan larger than what could cook two eggs. Considering what we paid per night for this rental, we would’ve expected better. This would be a great little cabin if it were clean and offered at half the cost.
