Perched upon a large, riverfront lot and within walking distance of Wallowa Lake, this home is the perfect retreat for those who want to escape to the gorgeous Pacific Northwest. Spend your days fishing in the river, or kayaking, paddleboarding, or sailing in tranquility on the lake to find peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ski resorts, shops, local eateries, and other entertainment is within driving distance, so you're not too far from civilization. This home is within walking distance to Wallowa Lake Tramway, Wallowa Lake, go carts, and miniature golf, and there is a full golf course 14 miles away as well.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome, with fun, mid-century features and decor throughout the house. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the soft furniture, curling up with a good book by the brick fireplace, or streaming your favorite shows on the large TV. Create culinary charms in the full kitchen, equipped with a floating island breakfast bar, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work if you need to stay connected. With four beds and a sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. The back deck is spacious and boasts a spectacular view of the river with trees and mountains in the distance, a perfect backdrop for feeling away from all your troubles. The private washer/dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
