Attendant at desk at check-in was great! She was quick, friendly, professional, and very nice. She greeted us as we walked in, provided detailed directions to our room, breakfast hours, a wished a good night. This is my first time staying at this chain but definitely won't be my last. The room was spacious and clean- I loved having a table to eat dinner at.

The first room we were put in was dirty. The bed wasn’t made, and there were dirty towels everywhere. We went to the front desk and got put into another room of the same size and the shower floor was all moldy. We didn’t want to move our luggage again so we just cleaned it ourselves.
