Clean, quiet, friendly staff person at the front desk. Just a room (few bells and whistles), but if that's all you need, the price is tough to beat. I was very happy with our stay.

This is a budget motel that purports to be nothing other than a clean, quiet, low-cost place to stay, and that is exactly what it was. It's nothing fancy, an older property, but it was clean, quiet, and low-cost, which is exactly what I was looking for on the night we stayed there. The cost was about 1/3 of the cost of the low-end chain properties in town.

The facility is older but maintained and very clean and smelled good - no old or musty smell. No frills, basic rooms but was perfect for a quick overnight just to sleep. Staff was friendly.
