I reserved a non smoking room. Was told by front desk staff it was a smoking room that ok reserved. Demanded I pay for an upgrade for non smoking. Confirmed my reservation with email. He still have me a smoking room. This room sticks. The furniture is damaged. The bathroom is not clean. There was no soap on shower. No lamp by the bed. I will be asking for a refund.

I requested an accessible room but it was being renovated. I asked them for a regular room that would not take a long walk to get to. The honored the request. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfy. It was the best night sleep I had on my 4-night trip. The others were in Days Inn which I would stay away from. This hotel also had good breakfast: eggs (yes, those expensive eggs), sausage, gravy, cereal, waffle and the usual toast, butter...and juice, coffee. I would definitely book them again.

Check in was supposed to be at 2pm. We got their at 1:50 and cleaning lady wasn't finished cleaning and she just walked off and left her phone vacuum and everything in the room and i went in and complained andbin total it took 50 to get in our room.

The sheets were clean and the bathroom was decently clean. The rest of the room needed some love. Very poor vacuuming job, there was a nasty looking stain on one of the seats, the molding on the bathroom mirror was peeling off, and overall needed just some basic maintenance Touchups. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and weed coming through the vent in the bathroom. Had to keep the bathroom door shut to keep it from stinking up the rest of the room. The toilet was running but I fixed that myself because I was tired of hearing the noise. Very noisy room in general but I sleep with earplugs anyway so that didn’t really affect me too much. Not horrible, but what you would expect for a cheap hotel room. Staff was super friendly though.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom made a high pitch sound that could not be stopped nor shut off. Felt like we we in the twilight zone when in the bathroom and at night the sound come into the main bedroom. We had two, the the room with only 1 bath sized towel.
