Welcome to Murphy's Point. This private oasis is nothing short of breath taking. If you want a special vacation with your family, a golf weekend or even a place to launch your boat and go deep sea fishing, this place has it all! This property features 5 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, a massive salt water pool, deep water dock and too many other amenities to list. Sitting on an acre of land, you can use this listing for outings, family reunions and even small weddings.
Not only is the property stunning, the location is even better. You are 15 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston, 15 miles from the best golf in the low country (Kiawah Island) and under 30 mins from numerous of Charleston's best beaches.
Saying that, there is no reason to leave the home. With stunning views of the Stono River, passing dolphins and other wildlife, sit back, relax and enjoy your day.
This property sits behind Historic Legare Farms, which has been run by the Legare family for over 300 years. You will travel down a mile long dirt road, through the farm, in order to get to the property. Cows, pigs and donkeys will greet you on your drive down, please make sure you are respectful on your travels. The animals are very sweet and will not bother you in the least. If you would like the hot tub heated during the winter, please let me know as this would be an extra charge. Please ask about add on fees to host your dream wedding!

“Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spacious, comfortable, and offered truly stunning views. We loved being so close to Lagare farm and seeing the free-range animals roaming around — such a unique and peaceful touch. The host was fantastic: welcoming, responsive, and made everything effortless. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!”
