Foi tudo muito bom. Ótima localização, local muito limpo, saguão amplo. Apto ótimo Apenas houve atraso no check-in, cheguei um pouco mais cedo que a hora marcada pensando em antecipar mas o que aconteceu foi atraso de 20 minutos para liberação do apto.

Quarto com cheiro de mofo fora do normal

O hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é bastante grande. Porém o quarto tem cheiro de mofo fora do normal. Reclamei na recepção, mas nada fizeram. Conversando com outros hóspedes na piscina, percebi que o cheiro forte de mofo também tinha nos outros quartos. Vi vários quartos vazios com as portas abertas, provavelmente era uma tentativa de amenizar o mau cheiro. Usei dois desodorantes aerosol para tentar diminuir o mau cheiro de mofo mesmo mantendo o tempo todo a janela do quarto aberta. As paredes e teto do quarto precisam de pintura urgente. A torneira do chuveiro estava com problema e não fechava direito fazendo com que a água ficasse vazando. Resumindo, o quarto precisa de manutenção. Os móveis são bons, as camas também são boas.

O apartamento é grande. Muito bom, na melhor localização de João Pessoa. Top mesmo. O café era muito Caro para quem usa o Flat - 32 reais - mas tem padaria Pertinho. O quarto era limpinho e muito bem cuidado, mas tinha cheiro de mofo, independentemente eu recomendo.

A piscina gente demais (período de carnaval) para pouco espaço, pelo número de aposentos do flat acho que deveria ser maior, numa baixa temporada deve ser ótima. quanto a vista da piscina, estar curtido o mar, a avenida beira mar de e se refrescando ao mesmo tempo, excelente. Quanto ao Flat um local frequenta por famílias. muita criança onde vi estes bem a vontade, o ambiente é propicio pra isso.

O quarto não pertencia ao quadro do hotel e por isso ficamos sem muito apoio. A televisão precisou ser substituída. No checkout se eu não tivesse ido deixar os cartões nem iriam me questionar sobre e o pessoal nem passar no quarto o pessoal do hotel passou

quarto desconfortavel com vazamentos.

O quarto estava com grande vazamento de agua no chuveiro que fazia muito barulho a noite toda; o sistema climatizador de controle do ar condicionado central do quarto não estava funcionando, o que tornou o quarto muito frio e nos forçou a abrir a janela a noite onde entrou barulho da rua, resultando numa noite mal dormida, mais o barulho da agua do chuveiro sem parar a noite todo; a torneira da pia da cozinha, não saia agua; a torneira do banheir saia muito pouquinha agua. quase não dava para escovar os dentes ou qualquer higiene; a valvula do chuveiro tambem estava com problemas, ou seja, apesar de ser um hotel muito bom, o quarto deixou muito a desejar com relação ao conforto, o que resultou numa noite mal dormida.

Péssimo atendimento recebido pelo Hotel Nord Class

Reserva realizada pelo Hoteis.com, porém ao chegar no hotel descubro que e considerado uma reserva particular, no qual o proprietário subloca no hoteis.com. Contudo a recepção do hotel não lhe tratam bem, devido a isso, no qual fui EXTREMANTE mal recebido e questionei por e-mail e veja a resposta que obtive: "(...) Informamos, contudo, que não foram contratados pelo Sr. os serviços do Hotel Nord Class Tambaú. Acreditando que, provavelmente, a sua estádia foi oriunda de contrato de locação firmado diretamente com proprietário de unidade condominial.Sendo esta a razão pela qual não temos ingerência nas normas do seu contrato (...)", Questionei o hotel por motivo do último hospede não ter saído no horário, e a recepção disse que era problema meu, procurei a Hoteis.com por telefone e não tive retorno. O quarto e bem equipado, porém precisa de manutenção, tem um cheiro muito forte de morfo no ar-condicionado e no sofá-cama que está no quarto, fica localizado no térreo não sendo possível dormir com a porta da varanda aberta. As toalhas fornecidas são muito velhas e grossas. Foi minha 1º vez que estive em João Pessoa e fui muito mal recebido neste hotel que é uma rede de hotéis do grupo Nord categoria premium. Saí decepcionado com o hotel, perguntei sobre o café da manhã para pagar por fora e fui informado que tinha ótimas padaria próximas e que não valia a pena pagar o do hotel que custava R$32,00 por pessoa. Decepção total, espero que não façam o mesmo com outros clientes.
