Imóvel super novo, proprietários super atenciosos, não fiquei tempo suficiente para ter uma opinião aprofundada. Solicitar os andares superiores, afastado dos pontos de entrada, são locais de muita movimentação. Os apartamentos são novos, confortáveis, porém pequenos, em especial o banheiro.

No geral, foi uma boa experiência. Bairro é tranquilo, tem lugar para estacionar fora e dentro por um valor extra. Quando cheguei, não entendi bem como seria o checkin, depois que percebi que tem uma observação para entrar em contato com o proprietário 24h, não achei muito bom isso, seria interessante eles enviarem um e-mail com as instruções.

O lugar é bastante novo e o pessoal da recepção é bem simpático e prestativo. O lugar não é muito central, mas atendeu bem pois estava de carro. Não há vaga na garagem para todos e isso não fica muito claro na hora da reserva.
