Emu`s Rest at Touchdown Cottages
Our very private Eco Cottages are fully self contained and fully sustainable with 100% solar power and all water used is rain water which is collected on site. The individual cottages are very private in parkland surrounds. Situated only 2klm from the centre of town. There are no neighbours and is very quiet. There are many native animals on site. The cottages have a full kitchen with oven, hotplates and microwave. All linen is supplied. They are very large with 80 sq m living.
There are 6 cottages all very new with modern facilities. all the cottages have 2 bedrooms. There is also a fold out bed for a fifth person. Each cottage has a large kitchen with a full gas oven, gas top & microwave.
Runway View and the Rock Garden cottages have 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 people. They have a bathroom and an extra toilet.
All the cottages are completely private from each other with 4 cottages spread across 6 acres of land. there are no neighbours to the property so it looks even more private.

There is no public transport in this area and Taxis are spasmodic and cannot be relied apon.
