Back in Jerusalem again!

Amazing staff with clean rooms. With issues in the region tourism is down but we didn’t experience any negative impact. Beautiful historic facilities and it’s always my favorite place to stay in Jerusalem!!!

When I arrived I was told there is an extra 18% to pay. No where else was it mentioned not on expedia. The man at the desk was very unpleasant about this. Then in the room the bed was like sleeping on a bench. Completely hard. finally in the middle of the night I realized the cheap mattress was upside down. After I nearly injured myself flipping it I could get some sleep.

I love the YMCA which is one of the most beautiful and convenient locations in Jerusalem but the restaurant was sadly closed when I was there and the promised breakfast was unavailable.

Lovely place

The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is an architectural gem. Everything was immaculate. Desk staff friendly and helpful. I travel to Jerusalem fairly often and this will definitely be my new go-to lodging.
