First and foremost Judee responded within an hour which was excellent compared to other VRBOs we've stayed at in the past. There was an issue with the listing that stated a balcony was at the location. It was not an issue with us but I reported this and it was removed in an hour. Thank you. I also mentioned adding something about multiple steps for older renters or renters with bad knees, like us, and they said they would look at updating this for their customers. One issue was we rented this apartment because the location on VRBO showed it was near our son's apartment off of New York Avenue and SouthWest Hoboken. However the actual location is closer to JFK Boulevard, deep in the Jersey City Heights area. Being close to our son was important for this trip and this was disappointing. I did let Judee know and she said they would look at updating this in VRBO. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed: coffee pods, dishes, detergents, vacuum, broom, etc... heater and AC worked great because it snowed and didn't get above 30 degrees during our 5 day trip. The only issue was the location. Other than the location the apartment was excellent.
