Condo 107 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor and faces east toward the ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, two king beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. Condo 107 has two floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with black-out drapes and whispy white sheers. Walk about 10 yards to the beach and pool from your condo. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Room 107- Beautiful
This room has two King size beds as well as a pull out couch. It was so nice to walk out and be at the ocean in only a few steps. We will be back! Please consider adding screen doors as well so we can hear the ocean and still have the doors locked!

Good location.
Great condo. Nice and clean. Disappointed that there is no beach view from anywhere on the first floor and even in the pool. All you see are bushes. Pictures show you exactly what it is like, except they threw in a picture that said "Look at that view". No where do you see that!
