Just steps from the waterfront pool and minutes from downtown Jensen Beach and the beaches of Hutchinson Island, Coral Cottage is a relaxing coastal retreat for couples, families and scent-sensitive travelers looking to experience the best of Florida’s Treasure Coast.

From Indian River views and a private balcony to covered parking, an in-home washer and dryer, bikes, a kayak and a house full of beach gear, we’ve tried to provide the little extras that make a Florida vacation easier and more enjoyable.

Start your morning with coffee in the Adirondack chairs on your private balcony while enjoying views of the Indian River. When you’re ready for a swim, Ocean View’s waterfront pool is approximately 40 steps from the home.

Planning a beach day? Grab the chairs, umbrella and cooler and head to the beautiful beaches of Hutchinson Island, just minutes away. Or stay closer to home and take the kayak out, go fishing, ride the bikes or relax by the pool.

At the end of the day, come home to Coral Cottage, grill dinner and enjoy the laid-back coastal lifestyle that makes Jensen Beach such a special place to visit.

COMFORTABLE 2-BEDROOM HOME

The primary bedroom features a king bed and Smart TV.

The second bedroom features a pop-up trundle, providing flexible sleeping space, along with its own Smart TV.

In the living room, settle into the leather sofa with chaise or oversized leather chair and enjoy the 75-inch Smart TV after a day at the beach or pool.

The bathroom includes double sinks and a shower with both rainfall and standard showerheads. Fragrance-free shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at home when you’re not exploring Jensen Beach’s restaurants and waterfront dining.

An in-home washer and dryer is especially convenient for beach towels, longer stays and families traveling with children.

COVERED PARKING & OUTDOOR LIVING

Covered parking is located directly beneath Coral Cottage, keeping your vehicle shaded from the Florida sun and making loading and unloading more convenient.

Also beneath the elevated home is a shaded outdoor living area with a dining table and seating for four, along with a gas grill. It’s a great spot for an easy meal after the beach or a day on the water.

The private balcony above features Adirondack chairs and Indian River views—the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

A NO-SCENT VACATION RENTAL

Coral Cottage was thoughtfully designed for travelers who are sensitive to fragrance or simply prefer a no-scent vacation home.

The home is cleaned using fragrance-free cleaning products. We do not use plug-in air fresheners or added home fragrances.

Fragrance-free hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are also provided for guests.

Leather living room furniture and luxury vinyl plank flooring help minimize fabrics that can retain fragrances and odors.

While we cannot guarantee a completely allergen- or fragrance-free environment, we take special care to minimize added scents throughout the home.

The home is one house back from the waterfront. Indian River views are enjoyed from the private balcony, and the waterfront community pool is approximately 40 steps away.

Covered parking is located beneath the home.

Small dogs under 40 lbs are welcome according to our pet guidelines.
