I stayed here with my elder parents and two young children. None of them felt safe here. There are a lot of tourists and the smoking area is right at the front. The property was filled with the smokey smell everywhere. They offered the parking, but it was packed. If you plan to park the car here, you need to be proficient in driving. Also, the room appeared to be clean. However, looking at the outer condition of the property, my family could not get over the idea that it may not have been cleaned. It just felt dirty. We would not stay here again.

This is my second stay at Olle Tourist Hotel three years apart and each stay was perfect! My room was super clean and comfortable and the hosts went over and beyond to help with information about places we wanted to visit. This meant so much to us because I had a knee injury and they helped me know how to navigate the island of Jeju with my limitations. The host was so kind and lovely. If I return to Jeju God willing I will stay at Olle Tourist Hotel again.

Surroundings: Good, main street access, short walking distance to restaurants, close to city center Car Parking: limited, tight spaces (larger vehicles not recommended) Check-in: slow with delay (problems locating reservation), card no key Room: quiet, clean, modern, but a little small for 3 adults; AC nice and cold, no tissues in the room, free water bottles in fridge Bathroom: clean, just adequate sized, water hot and pressure good, minimal toiletries provided, bath-sized towels Breakfast: free but really high quality and authentic Korean cuisine (eats like a dinner!)

Rather disappointed stay

The hotel is pretty rundown. My queen bed is lopsided. I don't know if it's a 'culture' in Korea to have bed protector sheet on top of the bedsheet. Worse still, the sheet is full of tiny hairs! I stayed in level 5 and the window shade near the lift lobby emits a weird smell. Though the Korean breakfast is indeed not too bad. The other thing is, the hotel is full of Yemeni guests. The hotel needs a refurbishment.

Great location- Near Intercity bus terminal.

Hotel is near Intercity bus terminal - 10-15mins by walking. There is a area for all the nice food and shopping by walking ( City hall bus station). Hotel is 15mins to Airport, by taxi is abt 6000 won per taxi. By bus is 1250 won per person. Korea traditional breakfast is good. help to keep luggage as well.

The English name of the hotel is only shown on the electronic display unit which is not easily visible for overseas customers, I spent more than an hour to locate the hotel. moreover the attitude of the female receptionist was so poor that she was so arrogent towards the customers"s needs.
