We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was really well located, close to most tour pick up points, clean, close to transport, walkable to shopping area but most of all this hotel has Helen. What a lovely welcome from her when we arrived. This lady is a wonderful asset to have. She welcomed us like we had been stying there for weeks. Her warm welcome, perfect English and happy attitude is really something. Thank you Helen for making our stay memorable with chook. 😁

The bedroom was very clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and Helen (or Ellen, I’m so sorry I can’t remember exactly) was an absolute pleasure. She’s so friendly, and I would come back just for her. It’s a fantastic and convenient location for doing all your Jeju day trips plus so close to shopping and the bumping nightlife of Jeju City.

The hotel is clean and comfortable but in real life looks much older than the pictures. Also, that terrace advertised on Expedia, was closed. So, we were a little disappointed of the hotel. The breakfast was very limited and expensive for what they offer. The staff, service and location are great

Good location for Jeju City, and tour pick ups to explore Jeju island. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from Jeju airport, so it is very accessible. The nearby area has many shops and restaurants. Check-in was quick and straight forward. The hotel room was spacious, with a very large bed and the air con worked very well. However, the room shower was a bit grubby. Our room had an electronic clothes styler, which I was interested to try, but when I opened the door it smelled of damp, so I didn't want to use it. Breakfast was mostly savoury Korean/Asian offering, some of which did not suit a western palate (but I saw other guests enjoying the food). Overall, this was a good value hotel, close by nearby amenities and good access to the airport. It was very convenient for tour pick ups from the nearby Lotte Duty Free store.

Great little hotel near to jeju airport. It’s a very short walk to pickup points for all tours around the island and is located in a central area with a lot of shopping and dining options. The room is generously sized with a good bathroom. It even has a laundry/steaming closet in the room.
